The First EMP Commission Reports

There are now 12 reports from the Commission that will help inform you of the threats, and also provide truth to the discussion of this topic. I say truth, because there are a lot of opinions out there about this subject, and not all of them have the level of expertise that the Commission has. There is only one truth for this issue and the first EMP Commission is that truth. We have paid a lot of money, over many years of study for the EMP Commission to provide our national leadership with the most accurate and complete analysis of the scientific evidence available.

This report will enlighten you on the threats and the possible actors who may engage us. It also documents the military strategy and how they think about using an EMP weapon against the United States and our allies.
